Keep hunger at the forefront of public dialogue by writing a letter to the editor. We need a strong economic recovery/stimulus package more than ever. And it is vital that the package include a boost in Food Stamp/SNAP benefit allottments. Go the Food Research and Action Center's webpage which will locate your local newspaper, provide you with a template, and send your letter to the appropriate contact.

The template allows for edits and additions. Hunger Action encourages you to include local stories of increasing need for food stamps and emergency food.
